Beth studied Anatomy and Physiology at Cardiff University of Wales and has a BA (Hons) degree in Sport Studies. She also has a PGCE .

Beth is a massage therapist and is currently studying at the prestigious ST School in Exmouth to gain her professional L5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. As part of her qualification she is required to have a broad portfolio of treatment hours. Whilst also learning from those treatments.
